Culture Vault Apparel & Clothing sells streetwear from Shop 47, Second Floor, HNS, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Prices are shown in US dollars. Stock is limited. We may refuse or cancel an order if a piece is gone, payment does not arrive, or we reasonably suspect fraud.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we confirm the order (WhatsApp, email, or a status change in our admin). Pay by EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, cash on pickup/delivery, or bank transfer as shown at checkout. Keep your pop or reference — we use it to mark the order paid.

Guest checkout does not require an account. An account is optional and is for saving your bag, wishlist, and order history after you verify your email.

Store pickup at Shop 47, Second Floor, HNS, Bulawayo is free. Delivery times and fees are on the Shipping page. You must give a working phone number. If we cannot reach you, the order may be held or cancelled.

Unworn, unwashed items with tags can usually come back within 7 days. Sale pieces, worn items, and underwear/socks (if listed) are not returnable unless they arrived damaged or not as described. Full detail is on the Returns page.

Keep your password to yourself. Verify the email we send if you want a saved account. Marketing email is optional. Transactional email (verification, order receipts) is part of using those features.

Culture Vault is a curated house, not an open classifieds board. Makers apply on the Sell with us page. Nothing is listed until we approve it. Approved sellers must describe stock honestly, fulfil as agreed (HNS pickup or their own delivery), and honour returns that are our fault or theirs as stated on the listing.

We may suspend a seller, take a listing down, or keep Culture Vault as the merchant of record. Shoppers still check out with us. A seller’s application is not a guarantee of placement or sales.

The Culture Vault name, wordmark, site design, and house product photos are ours. Seller-submitted photos remain theirs; they grant us a licence to show those images on the shop, ads, and social while the listing is live.

We take care with orders and descriptions. We are not liable for delays caused by mobile-money rails, courier issues outside our control, or your unavailability at pickup. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Zimbabwe consumer law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Courts in Bulawayo have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer forum you are entitled to use.
