You have 7 days from collection or delivery to start a return. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags. Keep the bag if you can.
What we cannot take back
- Worn, washed, or altered pieces.
- Items marked Sale or Final sale, unless they arrived damaged or wrong.
- Earrings and other piercing jewellery once opened, for hygiene.
Damaged or wrong item
Photograph the piece and WhatsApp +263 78 153 3476 the same day you receive it. We will replace it or refund the price you paid, including delivery you were charged for that item.
How to start
WhatsApp +263 78 153 3476 with your order number, the product, and size. Do not send a parcel until we confirm. House pieces usually come back to Shop 47. Seller-fulfilled pieces may go back to that maker — we will say which.
Refunds
Refunds go back on the same rail you paid (EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, cash, or bank) after we inspect the return. Size exchanges depend on stock.
