Culture Vault Apparel & Clothing (“Culture Vault”, “we”) operates this shop from Shop 47, Second Floor, HNS, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. You can reach us on WhatsApp +263 78 153 3476 or info@tmctechsolutions.com.

We handle personal information in line with Zimbabwe’s Data Protection Act [Chapter 11:12]. We are the operator of the storefront. Approved sellers may fulfil some orders; we still run checkout and customer support unless a listing says otherwise.

Depending on what you do on the site, we may hold:

• Identity and contact details — name, email, phone, delivery address, WhatsApp number.
• Account details — password hash, bag and wishlist, newsletter choices, email verification status.
• Order details — products, sizes, payment method, pickup or delivery notes, order status.
• Seller applications — brand name, city, pitch, sample links, and whether you accepted these terms.
• Technical data — device/browser needed to run the site, Vercel analytics, and Meta Pixel events used to measure ads.

We do not store card numbers. EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, cash and bank transfers happen on those rails, not on our servers.

• To take, confirm and fulfil your order (contract).
• To run your account and verify your email (contract / consent).
• To send drop, restock and sale emails if you asked for them (consent — you can unsubscribe).
• To review seller applications and, if approved, list their products (contract / legitimate interest).
• To keep the shop secure, understand which pages work, and measure advertising (legitimate interest / consent).

We only share what is needed to run the shop:

• Hosting: Vercel.
• Database: Supabase (Postgres in the EU).
• Email: Resend, from updates@tmctechsolutions.com, with replies to info@tmctechsolutions.com.
• WhatsApp, if you contact us or we confirm an order.
• An approved seller, only for orders of their products (name, phone, delivery notes).
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram), via the Meta Pixel, so we can measure ads and show relevant Culture Vault ads. Meta may process this outside Zimbabwe.

We do not sell your information. We run a Meta Pixel so ads on Facebook and Instagram can measure visits, product views, bag adds, checkout and purchases.

Orders and invoices are kept as long as tax and consumer law require. Accounts stay until you ask us to close them. Newsletter records stay until you unsubscribe. Seller applications stay so we can show why we approved or refused a listing. You can ask us to delete what the law lets us delete.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in those emails, your account page, or WhatsApp +263 78 153 3476. Guest checkout does not need an account.

This shop is for people 18 and over, or younger shoppers with a parent or guardian placing the order.

The website and database may run on servers outside Zimbabwe (including the EU). By using the site you understand that your information may be stored there so we can take the order.

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date at the top.
